Additional commission for opening/reopening of Settlement Account is charged in case of drawing up of documents necessary for opening/reopening of the account: - to the representative of JSC "PNB Banka" in Moscow - to the representative of JSC "PNB Banka" in London - to the representative of JSC "PNB Banka" in Kyiv - in case a Bank’s employee goes to the customer	300 EUR
5. An additional fee for urgent statement account opening / re-opening (during five working days after all necessary documents and information in appropriate form according to Bank's requirements are received in the Bank)	500 EUR

¹ If the Bank refuses to open a current account, the commission fee is not returned.

²Additional fees for maintenance of the current account if the customer has one of the following characteristics:

has no affiliation of a legal person to an actual economic activity and the operation of a legal person forms a minor economic value or no economic value at all or
laws and regulations of the country where the legal person is registered do not provide for an obligation to prepare and submit financial statements for its activities to the supervisory institutions of the relevant state, including the annual financial statements or
the legal person has no place (premises) for the performance of economic activity in the country where the relevant legal person is registered;

³ If customer has several current accounts, then commission is charged for one account.

⁴ Minimum balance requirements mean total consolidated balance amount which should be maintained on the Customer’s bank accounts as of eight calendar day from the date of Account opening (consolidated balance amount of all Customer’s accounts except for balances on FI and marginal accounts).

⁵ An inactive account – an account showing no transactions for more than 6 months (excluding Bank's commissions) and the Client has no other effective agreements with the Bank.

⁶ Should a current account be closed, a commission fee for account maintenance will be applied for the current month (incl. for incomplete month)

⁷ Applies only to customers registered in open state registers.

⁸ In accordance with the General Provisions for Transactions of PNB Banka (Clause 3.11.)
