How did you come to PNB Banka, what was the beginning of your carrier?

I came to work to the Bank when a friend of mine invited me and I began to work as an economist. Later, I became the head of the Analysis and Planning Unit – this unit reviews and evaluates the work and development of the Bank as well as participates in forming strategies. We timely pay attention to the needed improvements, changes so that Bank would consistently grow and be on the right path.

What was your main gain while working at PNB Banka?

My greatest gain is enormous and broad experience. Another thing is a possibility to meet very nice and approachable people. Here, we spend a lot of our time, for this reason, the team is vitally important.

How would you describe PNB Banka as an employer?

Since the new management came to PNB Banka, we feel that we gain positive energy – always new ideas are expressed, new banking products appear, we are much more active and visible. The Bank has revived and working is very interesting!
