How did you come to PNB Banka, what was the beginning of your carrier?

When I came here, I did not have any idea about working in a bank or working in such a huge team. Soon I realized that I had chosen the right place since career opportunities are great here. You must only wish. I started working as a secretary of records, then a board secretary and now I am a manager assistant.

 

What was your main gain while working at PNB Banka?

Working as a secretary was not easy since I had to get to know the huge team within a short period, remember a huge volume of information, however, now as I have learnt all this, it is much easier – I myself can assist my colleagues now. Very good beginning for any new employee. I try not to refuse to anyone since every additional work gives new knowledge to me, which soon or later will helps me. It works!

 

How would you describe PNB Banka as an employer?

One of the advantages of working in a bank for a new employee is a large team since there always be people ready to help and to support. PNB Banka team is very helpful, employees have a good social guarantees. So, I see career devolepment for myself in PNB Banka – I like the work of client analyst, for this reason, I plan to supplement my education in this field.
