The nearest customer service centre is situated in Valmiera, at 4 Rīgas Street (shopping centre ‘Valleta’) and has the following opening hours:

 

- on working days from 09.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. (closed for lunch break from 1.00 p.m. 2.00 p.m.),

- on Saturdays from 09.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (closed for lunch break from 2.00 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.),

- on Sundays from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
