Hereby please be kindly informed that the insolvency proceedings of AS "PNB Banka" (registration No 40003092817) were proclaimed on 12 September 2019 by the ruling of the court of the Republic of Latvia and Vigo Krastiņš, a certified insolvency administrator, was approved as the administrator of insolvency proceedings. Please note that pursuant to Section 149(2) of the Credit Instituion Law, upon the declaration of AS "PNB Banka" as insolvent, the activities of its administrative bodies are suspended, and the insolvent AS "PNB Banka" is managed by the administrator.
