Norvik Banka has launched a special platform Norvik Chat

Norvik Banka has launched a special platform Norvik Chat for professional communication between the Bank’s dealers and customers. This is a modern application with high-level protection and user-friendly interface which allows a customer in an online mode from 8:00 to 24:00 to leave information or orders to the bank's dealers and exchange money* on settlement accounts – till 18:00, on marginal accounts – till 24-00.

Norvik Chat features:

  • WEB-based, no need to install the application;
  • runs on all popular browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.);
  • is compatible with mobile devices;
  • access via the online bank e-Norvik;
  • online communication with the bank’s dealers;
  • conclusion of transactions online;
  • easy and user-friendly interface (RU/LV/EN);
  • possibility to conclude transactions during the bank´s working hours.

To get access to the Norvik Chat application you just need to complete an electronic application in the Services section in the remote access system e-Norvik.

*Money exchange via the Norvik Chat application is possible if the amount to be exchanged exceeds 3000 EUR (or an equivalent amount in another currency).
