Following the strategy of improving the service provision quality on financial markets, PNB Banka has become a member of the Baltic organisation Baltic Financial Advisors Association (BFAA), while the specialists of the bank's Capital Markets have completed training and successfully passed an exam of the BFAA, proving their high professional level in the industry.

It is to be recalled that the European Union's requirements set high standards for managers who provide investment services. The standards are aimed at improving the investors’ confidence in the markets, their protection and at the reduction of the number of sales that do not meet the clients’ requirements.
