PNB Banka offers its customers to apply for a visit remotely, jumping the queue


Now you can choose the best time and place of a visit to PNB Banka by applying remotely on the Bank’s home page or using the InOut application. The application allows you to follow the actual queue and see the assessed waiting time.


You may apply for the service:

      • using the InOut mobile application (available for Android, iOS), you may choose a customer service centre based on the distance to it or its working hours, as well as see the actual queue and assessed waiting time;


      • on PNB Banka’s home page, choosing under the section “More” "Apply for the service without queue".
