These commission fees are also applicable to merchants, self-employed persons and self-employed entrepreneurs.

“Manufacture of fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment” is “Mechanical processing” and/or
“Forging, pressing, stamping and roll-forming of metal; powder metallurgy” and/or
“Wholesale trade, except of motor vehicles and motorcycles” is “Wholesale of metals and metal ores” and/or
“Retail trade, except of motor vehicles and motorcycles” is “Retail sale of hardware, paints and glass in specialized stores”

³Commission fee for verification of the notarially certified power of attorney is applied each month, when the Client’s authorized representative performs operations in the Bank on behalf of the Client under the respective power of attorney.

⁴Standard references are the following: references about the opened settlement account, payment card’s account, savings account or deposit account, account balance, closing of account or installment or increasing of the equity capital.

⁵Non-standard references are all the other references that are not standard references.

⁶Should a current account be closed, a commission fee for account maintenance will be applied for the current month (incl. for incomplete month) - EUR 3,50
