The insolvency process administrator of the insolvent AS PNB Banka (registration No 40003072918; hereinafter – the Bank) Vigo Krastiņš and investment management joint-stock company IPAS PNB Asset Management (registration No 40003411599) hereby announce a sale of management rights over state funded pension scheme 2nd pension pillar investment plans “PNB active investment plan “GAUJA””, “PNB balanced investment plan “VENTA”” “PNB conservative investment plan “GAUJA”” (hereinafter – Investment Plans), organised as competitive bidding.
Price offer for the Investment plans shall be submitted as an offer for one participant of the Investment plan.
The offered price is exempt from the value added tax.
All persons willing to participate in the auction shall, by 02 June 2020, 23.59, pay a security deposit of EUR 250000,00, as well as participation fee of EUR 2420,00 (21% VAT included – EUR 420,00), to the account of IPAS PNB Asset Management in AS Swedbank, account No LV16HABA0551034560926, and submit to the Bank an application on participation (indicating the price offer for the Investment Plans), drawn up in accordance with the regulations of the competitive bidding, as well as other documents specified therein. The aforementioned application and documents attached thereto shall be submitted at the Bank’s premises on 15-2 Elizabetes Street, on business days from 09.00 to 18.00, or sent via e-mail: izsoles@pnbbanka.eu as an electronic document with a secure electronic signature and a time stamp.
