The insolvency process administrator of the insolvent AS PNB Banka, registration No 40003072918 (hereinafter – the Bank), Vigo Krastiņš hereby announces a voluntary sale of the following movable property – automobiles (hereinafter each automobile individually referred to as – Asset), organised as competitive bidding.

Value added tax is included in the price of the Asset.

All persons willing to participate in the competitive bidding shall, by 31 July 2020, 23:59, pay a security deposit* – 10% of the starting price to the Bank’s account No LV85PRTT0260000003400 in AS PrivatBank, and submit to the Bank an application on participation, drawn up in accordance with the regulations of the competitive bidding (indicating the price offer for the Asset), as well as other documents specified in the regulations of the competitive bidding.
* If a person is willing to buy several Assets, the security deposit are payable for each Asset separately, as well as a separate application should be submitted for each Asset.

The participant’s application and documents attached thereto shall be submitted at the Bank’s premises on 15-2 Elizabetes Street, Riga, on business days from 09:00 to 18:00, or sent via e-mail to izsoles@pnbbanka.eu, as an electronic document with a safe electronic signature and a time stamp. Assets can be examined in Riga, 21 Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša Street (Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša iela 21).
