The price of the Asset is exempt from the value added tax.
All persons willing to participate in the competitive bidding shall, by 16 September 2020, 23:59, pay a security deposit – 10% of the starting price, as well as the participation fee to the Bank’s account No LV85PRTT0260000003400 in AS PrivatBank, and submit to the Bank an application on participation, drawn up in accordance with the regulations of the competitive bidding (indicating the price offer for the Asset), as well as other documents specified in the regulations of the competitive bidding.
The participant’s application and documents attached thereto shall be submitted at the Bank’s premises on 15-2 Elizabetes Street, Riga, on business days from 09:00 to 18:00, or sent via e-mail to izsoles@pnbbanka.eu, as an electronic document with a safe electronic signature and a time stamp.
Assets can be examined in Riga, 21 Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša Street (Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša iela 21). To arrange a visit or receive additional information, please call the Bank at +371 29646459 on business days (Monday-Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00).
