Due to discontinuation of LIBOR (euro) as from January 1st, 2022, as per Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on indices, the insolvent AS PNB Banka hereby informs that starting from January 1st, 2022, in any loan agreements signed with the bank, where LIBOR (euro) is determined as a variable rate, later on the review date such LIBOR will be automatically replaced with the equivalent term EURIBOR. The fixed component determined in the loan agreements remains unchanged.
