Purchase agreement

The administrator of the insolvent AS PNB Banka, registration No 40003072918 (hereinafter – PNB Bank), Mr Vigo Krastiņš, and SIA EKO FORUMS PLUS, registration No 40003884083, (hereinafter – SIA EKO FORUMS PLUS), hereby announce a voluntary sale of SIA EKO FORUMS PLUS claim rights towards PNB Bank (hereinafter – Claim).

The Claim amounts to EUR 613 523,84 arising out of the demand deposit for legal entities on the current account No LV72LATB0002010080632 opened on February 7, 2008.

The Claim has been added to the register of claims as a creditor’s claim submitted in due time.

The deadline for application is April 14, 2023, 5:00 PM.

All persons willing to participate in the competitive bidding should complete the following:

- by April 14, 2023, 05:00 PM, attend an on-site identification at the Bank’s office, submit the application form filled out in compliance with the Competitive Bidding Regulations, and all other documents indicated therein.

The application for participation in the competitive bidding and documents attached thereto should be submitted at the Bank’s office in Riga, 21 Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša Street, on business days from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, or sent to izsoles@pnbbanka.eu as an electronic document duly signed with a secure electronic signature with a timestamp.
