Purchase agreement

The insolvency process administrator of the insolvent AS PNB Banka, registration No 40003072918 (hereinafter – “the Bank”), Vigo Krastiņš, hereby announce the sale of the real estate owned by the Bank’s group company “ТОВ «Норд Інвест Україна»” and located in Ukraine, Kiev region, Borispol district, Gnedin (Ukrainian: Україна, Київська обл., Бориспільський район, Гнідинська сільська рада), (hereinafter – “the Real Estate”) in a voluntary competitive bidding. The Real Estate consists 9 (nine) land units:

Nr.3220882600:03:001:0367, Nr.3220882600:03:001:0366, Nr.3220882600:03:001:0365, Nr.3220882600:03:001:0364, Nr.3220882600:03:001:0363, Nr.3220882600:03:001:0362, Nr.3220882600:03:001:0361, Nr.3220882600:03:001:0360 and Nr.3220882600:03:001:0359. The total area 15,2312 hectares.

The starting price of The Real Estate EUR 223 800,00.

The competitive bidding price is exempt of the value added tax.

The Real Estate (the land plots included in it) is sold as an aggregate of property. Application deadline – 16.01.2026., 05:00 PM.

Information on applying for the competitive bidding, the competitive bidding procedure, conditions for closing transactions and other relevant information is provided in the competitive bidding regulations, hereinafter – “the Regulations”, available free of charge on the Bank’s website www.pnbbanka.eu. All persons willing to participate in the competitive bidding should complete the following:

- by 16 January 2026, 05:00 PM, attend an on-site identification at the Bank’s office, submit the application form filled out in compliance with the Regulations, as well as all other documents indicated therein;

- by 16 January 2026, 11:59 PM, transfer the participation fee of EUR 121, incl. VAT – EUR 21 and transfer the deposit of EUR 22 380,00, i.e. 10% of the starting price. The account number for transferring the above payments will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt of the application to the email address indicated therein.

The application for participation in the competitive bidding and the documents attached thereto shall be submitted at the Bank’s office in Riga, 25 Skanstes Street (Latvian: Skanstes 25, Rīga), on business days from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, or sent via e-mail to izsoles@pnbbanka.eu in the form of an electronic document duly signed with a secure electronic signature and containing a time stamp.
