On changes in the pricelist and the packages

We hereby inform you about pending changes in Norvik Banka’s pricelist. To learn more about the list of services and the new service tariffs click here.

As we highly appreciate our cooperation and always take into account desires of our customers, we have changed the prices of several pricelist items (e.g. certain types of payments) and simplified the rules of using certain bank’s products (e.g., in case of inactivity of the client).

For greater convenience in using the daily services, certain items in the pricelist have been organised, thus simplifying them even more. The changes in the pricelist are mostly related to services, which require manual work (e.g. processing of certain documents and cash transactions). You are kindly requested to use alternative solutions of receiving such services via other channels, thus significantly reducing your expenditures. For example, instead of making payments in euro to your account in Norvik Banka or another bank in Latvia or an EEA state by physically attending customer service locations, transfer funds via online bank.

For the bank services to be even more competitive and more profitable for our customers, we introduce changes into the following Bank’s customer packages: "Everyday package”, “Bank Account for Seniors” and “Gold package”. To learn more about the changes in our packages click here.
