At the beginning of October Alexey Alexandrov, Norvik Banka’s Senior Vice President for Private Banking, Doctor of Economics, MBA, arrived in Ukraine on a working visit. Along with solving business issues, he as a guest professor delivered a lecture “Service management” at the IMI business school which is one of the leaders of business education in Ukraine.

The main topic of the lecture was the quality of service. “In the 21st century, when competition among financial institutions is growing, the quality of service becomes critically important. The level of the service provided and the issues of the development of an efficient model of customer service become of key importance for attainment of business goals. By taking advantage of such a platform as the business school, we can discuss topical issues and modern trends in the format of a lively dialogue, exchange professional experience with top managers and business owners”, commented Alexey Alexandrov.

Following the results of the lecture, an agreement was reached on holding similar events in the future. Leading specialists of Norvik Banka are ready to share with their listeners not only theoretical knowledge but also, which is of greater value, real-life experience. Acknowledgement of an expert role and worthiness of experience of the specialists is a high appreciation of the bank’s professionalism. A key role in it is assigned to Norvik Private Banking’s operating principles: individual approach, consulting assistance, quality of analytics and expertise in capital markets.

The parties believe that this will be a new cooperation format under which Norvik Private Banking – whose efficiency is based on commercial practice – will act as an intellectual partner of the business school and allow listeners to learn solutions for business growth and development.
