Given that on 12 September 2019, AS PNB Banka (hereinafter – the Bank) was declared insolvent by the court judgment, the legal status of the Bank’s customers has changed from depositors to creditors. In view of the above, from 24.10.2019 to 31.10.2019 (inclusive) the Bank will make changes in its accounting system and within this period the Bank’s customers will not have access to the internet-bank.

Once the changes are introduced, the following information will be available to the Bank’s customers in the informative mode:

1) “Accounting record GC” – showing a customer’s funds in the Bank, which comply with Sections 3, 4 (if applicable), and 27 of the Deposit Guarantee Law.

2) “Accounting record” – showing a customer’s funds in the Bank that will not be included in the “Accounting record GC”.

Please note that account balances in foreign currencies will be converted to EUR at the exchange rate established by the European Central Bank as on 15 August 2019.
