Due to the closure of Insolvent AS PNB Banka (hereinafter – PNB) customer service centres and termination of safe deposit box rental agreements, the administrator of PNB Vigo Krastiņš invites PNB’s customers to remove the contents of the deposit boxes located in:

• Liepaja, 45 Graudu Street – before 13 December 2019;
• Riga, 11 Raiņa boulevard– before 16 December 2019.

PNB invites its customers to receive their belongings by arranging a visit beforehand. To arrange a visit, please call (+371) 67041100 or send an e-mail to info@pnbbanka.eu.

• regarding deposit boxes in Liepaja, 45 Graudu Street – before 8 December 2019;
• regarding deposit boxes in Riga, 11 Raiņa boulevard– before 6 December 2019.

Please note that if a customer fails to empty the rented deposit box, return the keys and identification cards, PNB will be forced to open the deposit box, and transport its contents for storage to another place in Riga. This being the case, the actual costs associated with the forced opening of the deposit box, purchase of a new key lock and transportation of the contents shall be covered by the customer.

Furthermore, please be informed that unremoved belongings will be alienated pursuant to Paragraph 172.1 of the Credit Institution Law, and the customer will have the right to lodge claims for the disbursement of funds obtained as a result of such alienation.
