Purchase agreement

The insolvency process administrator of the insolvent AS PNB Banka, registration No 40003072918 (hereinafter – “the Bank”), Vigo Krastiņš, in cooperation with SIA Latio, registration No 41703000843 (hereinafter – “Latio”), hereby announce the sale in a voluntary competitive bidding of the real estate owned bank, located in Riga, 11 Raina Boulevard, cadastral No 01000050053 (hereinafter – “the Real Estate”). The Real Estate is a land plot with cadastral number 0100 005 0053. On The land plot located the bank building (cadastral number 0100 005 0053 001); auxiliary premises (on the basement) (cadastral number 0100 005 0053 002); basement under the inner yard (cadastral number s 0100 005 0053 003).

The Real Estate object is leased to long-term tenants. Annual net rental income EUR 200 000,00.

The appraised value and starting price of the Real Estate – EUR 4 000 000,00.

Movable property, equipment, furniture located in the Real Estate not included in price of Real Estate.

The competitive bidding price is exempt from the value added tax.

All persons willing to participate in the competitive bidding should complete the following:

- by 22 November 2024, 05:00 PM, attend an on-site identification at the Bank’s office, submit the application form filled out in compliance with the Regulations, as well as all other documents indicated therein;

- by 22 November 2024, 11:59 PM, transfer the participation fee of EUR 121,00, incl. VAT – EUR 21,00, and the deposit of EUR 400 000,00, i.e. 10% of the starting price to the account specified by the Bank. The account number for transferring the above payments LV31MULT1010013691380 in AS Industra Bank

The application for participation in the competitive bidding and the documents attached thereto shall be submitted at the Bank’s office in Riga, 21 E. Birznieka Upīša Street (Latvian: E. Birznieka Upīša ielā 21, Rīgā), on business days from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, or sent via e-mail to izsoles@pnbbanka.eu in the form of an electronic document duly signed with a secure electronic signature and containing a time stamp.
