The insolvency process administrator of the insolvent AS PNB Banka, registration No 40003072918 (hereinafter – the Bank), Vigo Krastiņš hereby announces that on 22 May 2020 a voluntary private second auction with rising bids will take place in Riga, 15-2 Elizabetes Street (Elizabetes iela 15-2), regarding the following movable property – automobiles:

The auction price is subject to value added tax and the taxable amount is the bid price. The starting prices specified herein, as well as the bid include 21% VAT.

All persons willing to participate in the auction shall, by 12 May 2020, 23:59, pay a security deposit* – 10% of the starting price, as well as the participation fee* to the Bank’s account No LV85PRTT0260000003400 in AS PrivatBank, and submit to the Bank an application on participation, drawn up in accordance with the regulations of the auction, as well as other documents specified in the regulations of the auction.

The aforementioned application and documents attached thereto shall be submitted at the Bank’s premises on 15-2 Elizabetes Street, Riga, on business days from 09:00 to 17:00, or sent via e-mail to izsoles@pnbbanka.eu, as an electronic document with a safe electronic signature and a time stamp.

The auction procedure is determined in the regulations of the auction.

* If a person is willing to bid for several automobiles, the participation fee and security deposit are payable for each automobile individually.
