Announcement on the sale through competitive bidding of the real estate – a hotel complex in Mozhaysky District of the Moscow Oblast, near Zarechye Village, owned by OOO Lendoner (the insolvent AS PNB Banka group company)

 

The insolvency process administrator of the insolvent AS PNB Banka, registration No 40003072918 (hereinafter – “the Bank”), Vigo Krastiņš, and the limited liability company “OOO Lendoner”, registration No 1057747139306 (hereinafter – “OOO Lendoner”), in cooperation with SIA Latio, registration No 41703000843 (hereinafter – “Latio”), hereby announce the sale in a voluntary competitive bidding of the real estate object – a hotel complex in Mozhaysky District of the Moscow Oblast, near Zarechye Village, owned by “OOO Lendoner”. The total area of the territory – 96 222 sq.m., some of the land plots are subject to ownership, other – to leasehold. The total area of buildings and constructions – 213 338 sq.m. If agreed with the organiser of the competitive bidding, it is possible for the winner of the competitive bidding to change the above real estate and movable property purchase transaction for the management company’s capital share purchase transaction, but without reducing the purchase price.

 

The mortgage lender – joint-stock company “AS PNB Assets”, registration No 40003411599.

The appraised value and starting price of the Real Estate – EUR 9 499 185.

The starting price is excludes of include VAT. It will be calculated in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Russian Federation.

All persons willing to participate in the competitive bidding should complete the following:

- by 30 June, 2022, 05:00 PM, complete the identification process, submit the application form filled out in compliance with the Regulations, as well as all other necessary documents;

- by 30 June 2022, 11:59 PM, transfer the participation fee of EUR 121, incl. VAT – EUR 21 and the deposit of EUR 949 918,50 , i.e. 10% of the starting price security deposit of 10% to the Bank’s account No LV69BLIB1001005254003 in Baltic International Bank SE

 

The application for participation in the competitive bidding and the documents attached thereto shall be submitted at the Bank’s office in Riga, 15-2 Elizabetes Street (Latvian: Elizabetes iela 15-2), on business days from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, or sent via e-mail to izsoles@pnbbanka.eu in the form of an electronic document duly signed with a secure electronic signature and a time stamp.
