The insolvency process administrator of the insolvent AS PNB Banka, registration No 40003072918 (hereinafter – “the Bank”), Vigo Krastiņš, and SIA Eko Forums Plus, registration No 40003884083 (hereinafter – “SIA Eko Forums Plus”), in cooperation with SIA Latio, registration No 41703000843 (hereinafter – “Latio”), hereby announce the sale in a voluntary competitive bidding of the real estate located in 8 k 6 Gardenes street, Riga, owned by SIA Eko Forums Plus (hereinafter – the Real Estate):

1) 8 k 6 Gardenes street, Riga, cadastre No. 01000560402, The Real Estate includes a land plot of 3,1879 ha, cadastral designation 01000560357, and 10 buildings located thereupon:

Building with cadastral designation 01000560402002;

Building with cadastral designation 01000560402004;

Building with cadastral designation 01000560402005;

Building with cadastral designation 01000560402006;

Building with cadastral designation 01000560402038;

Building with cadastral designation 01000560402039;

Building with cadastral designation 01000560402041;

Building with cadastral designation 01000560402042;

Building with cadastral designation 01000560402043;

Building with cadastral designation 01000560402067.

In addition, on the particular land plot located a building with the cadastral designation 01000560402107 with the status "without subject".

2) Real estate of buildings (structures) 19 Mārupes Street, Riga, cadastre No. 01005560084, consisting of mechanical workshops with cadastral designation 0100 056 0402 037.

3). Real estate of buildings (structures) at 19 Mārupes Street, Riga, cadaster No. 01005560085, which consists of a building with cadastral designation 0100 056 0092 003.

The mortgage lender – the Bank.

The appraised value and starting price of the Real Estate – EUR 1 496 484.

The competitive bidding price is exempt from the value added tax.

Application deadline – 15.05.2023, 05:00 PM.

All persons willing to participate in the competitive bidding should complete the following:

- by 15 May 2023, 05:00 PM, attend an on-site identification at the Bank’s office, submit the application form filled out in compliance with the Regulations, as well as all other documents indicated therein;

- by 15 May 2023, 11:59 PM, transfer to the account specified by the Bank the participation fee of EUR 121, incl. VAT – EUR 21, and the deposit of EUR 149 648,40, which is 10% of the starting price. The account number for transferring the above payments will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt of the application to the email address indicated therein.

The application for participation in the competitive bidding and the documents attached thereto shall be submitted at the Bank’s office in Riga, 21 Ernesta Birznieka - Upīša Street (Latvian: Ernesta Birznieka – Upīša 21, Rīga ), on business days from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, or sent via e-mail to izsoles@pnbbanka.eu in the form of an electronic document duly signed with a secure electronic signature and containing a time stamp.
