Due to the termination of Insolvent AS PNB Banka (hereinafter – PNB) safe deposit box rental agreements, the administrator of PNB Vigo Krastiņš invites PNB’s customers to remove the contents of the deposit boxes located in 15-2 Elizabetes Street, Riga before 31 March 2020.

PNB invites its customers to receive their belongings by arranging a visit beforehand. To arrange a visit, please call (+371) 67041100 or send an e-mail to info@pnbbanka.eu before 13 March 2020.

Please note that if a customer fails to empty the rented deposit box, return the keys and identification cards, PNB will be forced to open the deposit box. This being the case, the actual costs associated with the forced opening of the deposit box, purchase of a new key lock and the storage of the contents shall be covered by the customer.

Furthermore, please be informed that unremoved belongings will be alienated pursuant to Paragraph 172.1 of the Credit Institution Law, and the customer will have the right to lodge claims for the disbursement of funds obtained as a result of such alienation.
