Currency exchange transactions provide possibility for customers to exchange one currency into another one at the bank’s exchange rate.
For transactions exceeding 3 000 EUR or equivalent amount in another currency, PNB Banka offers a possibility to agree upon more favorable exchange rate.
Currency exchange transactions at favorable rate may be concluded by phone or using remote electronic communication service PNB Chat according to the terms of its use, which are specified in PNB Banka's General Provisions for Transactions. Please note that the concluded currency exchange transactions cannot be cancelled.
Currency exchange transactions at favorable rate, which is agreed upon with the dealers, can be performed during PNB Banka business hours – on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00 (Latvia local time), by calling 67041185 or via PNB Chat system.
