Open an account with PNB Banka free of charge and, if you opt for the Set for Receipt of the Benefits, pay only EUR 0.60 a month for its servicing

  • Payment card MC Debit
  • Account statement 
  • Bank’s power of attorney 
  • Option to withdraw cash only for EUR 0.60

Account statement – free of charge

You will receive the account statement free of charge (while in other banks it is a paid service costing up to EUR 5). The account statement is required to maintain the status of low-income person

Bank’s power of attorney – free of charge

Should the recipient of the benefit be unable to present itself at the bank in person to collect the benefit, we offer to register the bank’s power of attorney free of charge (standard fee for registration of the power of attorney is EUR 8)

Withdrawal of cash at the branch

For the recipients of the benefits withdrawal of cash at the branch only for EUR 0.60
 
Please mind that should the recipient of the benefit have on-going enforcement proceedings involving a sworn bailiff, then on the occasions when a municipal benefit is paid to the account, deductions may be withheld from performance of the obligations that would have to be settled with the sworn bailiff
